Dr. Shamsher Singh has been awarded Ph.D. in Management by Jamia Hamdard University New Delhi ,he has Master of Business Administration(MBA) from Deptt of Management Science , University of Pune(PUMBA) with specialization in Marketing Management. He also has having master degree in Public Administration and PG Diploma in Export- Import Management & Human Resources Management . He has 27 years of rich experience in academic ,research, administration and other allied areas . He has taught subjects like Marketing Management, International Management, International Marketing, Service Marketing, Customer Relationship Management , Strategic Managements. He is a keen researcher, has presented papers in International and National conferences. His papers have been published in various International and National journals . His area of interest are Customer Relationship Management, International Business and Marketing Management. He has also attended many national and international seminars, workshops and MDP. He has guided many Post Graduate and under graduate students in their research projects.
