Guidelines For Final Paper Submission

Cover Page

All papers must include a cover page containing the following information:

 Title of the paper

 Name and affiliation of author/ authors

 Designation

 Address

 Phone # and

 Email id

Paper Format

The paper should not exceed 3000 (i.e. 6 to 7 pages) words. All tables, figures, notes, and reference should be properly labeled along with the source and should be listed in the body of the paper and not separately. Papers must be written in English and follow the APA style of referencing.

Other important instructions include the following:

1. Use Microsoft Word for Office 2010.

2. Use 12 point ‘Times New Roman’ font. Use default margin settings. All papers, tables, footnotes and equations should be numbered.

3. An Abstract of not more than 200 words should be provided at the beginning of the paper, just below the title.

4. First letter of each word in the paper title should be capitalized. The title should be center aligned and in bold.

5. Footnotes should be used sparingly. Do not use endnotes. Footnotes should not be used for literature citations. Rather, the work should be cited by the author’s name and year of publication in the body of the text. E.g. (McCarty, 1995) and complete reference should be provided in reference section.

6. Use 1.5 spacing between lines of texts, but single space between lines of text and numbers within Tables.

7. Tables and Figures should be labeled as Table 1 or Figure1, center aligned and bold. Authors should insert tables and figures in the text after the first text reference, as close as possible to the reference.

8. References should start from a new page with the title REFERENCES capitalized, centered and bold. Entries should be arranged in alphabetical order according to the surname of the first author. Author must use APA style of Referencing.

Presentation & Publication of Papers:

All papers will be blind reviewed by the Review Committee with respect to their quality, originality, and relevance to the conference theme. Only the shortlisted papers will qualify for presentation in the conference and will be considered for publication in the conference proceedings in the edited book format published, bearing ISBN and titled as “Inclusive Growth & Building Organization through Sustainable Profitability: A Balanced Approach”. The decision regarding selection of the papers will rest with the conference coordinators. In addition, a few selected papers might be considered for publication in the ‘Journal of Management Research & Insight’, a refereed journal published by the institute with ISSN 2456-1088

All rights of publication of papers presented in the conference shall rest with the Institute.
